Dextr AI, a San Francisco startup, just raised $6.7 million in its first institutional funding round to build artificial intelligence tools that automate hotel tasks like reservations, guest messaging, staff coordination, and back-office operations. Elevation Capital led the round. Dextr says it now handles over a million guest interactions monthly for hundreds of hotel properties across the US, Canada, and Europe.
