Google Cloud just launched GKE Pod snapshots, which let you save and instantly restore the live state of AI workloads—including loaded GPU memory. That means loading a 70-billion-parameter model now takes 37 seconds, not several minutes. Google claims this cuts start-up delays by 89%. OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 Astra to most paying users
OpenAI has made its new GPT-6 Astra model available to most paying subscribers a day after its official launch.
