Google has released TimesFM-3, its latest time series AI model designed to forecast multiple related variables at once. Unlike earlier versions limited to single-variable predictions, TimesFM-3 handles complex scenarios—like using both sales and weather data to project demand. It has 330 million parameters and was trained on over 1 trillion time points. Google says it beats previous models on major forecasting benchmarks, all without extra tuning.

OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 Astra to most paying users

ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok all suffered major outages Thursday morning, affecting various services and users across all three AI platforms. The disruptions started between 7:37 a.m. and 11 a.m. Eastern and lasted from two to four hours depending on the platform. All three companies confirmed the incidents and later restored service. Some users were unable to log in, access conversations, or use key features during the outages.
