Google funds 100,000 global AI training scholarships
Google's giving out 100,000 scholarships for AI training worldwide, focusing on hands-on lessons for people with little or no tech background. This is part of a United Nations-backed effort to close the skills gap and help more than a billion people get basic digital knowledge. The scholarships, offered through ITU’s AI Skills Coalition, cover over 200 courses in 80+ countries and come with recognized certificates.

OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 Astra to most paying users
