Moonshot AI considers dual IPOs in Hong Kong and Shanghai
Chinese AI startup Moonshot is weighing public offerings on both the Hong Kong and Shanghai stock exchanges, according to two people familiar. The move follows discussions with investors about first going public in Hong Kong and then on Shanghai’s Star Market, as the company chases more capital and visibility. The Hong Kong IPO could come as soon as early 2027. It hasn’t announced anything publicly yet.

OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 Astra to most paying users
