Edy’s Grocer in Brooklyn uses Google's Gemini AI to handle behind-the-scenes catering tasks: scaling Lebanese family recipes for events of up to 200 people, automatically generating aisle-organized shopping lists, and adapting menus for dietary needs. The result is less manual math and paperwork, and fewer mistakes with delicate spices. Owner Edy Massih says Gemini saves time that used to go to paperwork, not food.
