OpenAI adds workplace tools to challenge Microsoft and Google
At its developer conference, OpenAI rolled out new office productivity tools inside ChatGPT, directly aiming for territory dominated by Microsoft and Google. The new Space feature is a workspace where teams and their AI assistants can collaborate on tasks and manage files. Pages, a document editor, lets users write, research, and generate content with the help of AI. An AI-driven slides tool, like PowerPoint, is coming soon. This puts ChatGPT up against Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
