OpenAI's dots run on AMD EPYC 9-core VMs
OpenAI's new autonomous agent, called dot, runs on nine-core virtual machines powered by AMD EPYC 9V74 server chips. Each dot VM gets 9.73GB of memory and delivers a Geekbench 7 multi-core score of around 9,435. Dots come with a full Linux environment and can install additional software. The service launched for Pro and Business Premium users and aims to let users automate complex tasks across apps like Slack and Teams.
