Salesforce finalizes deal to buy Fin customer agent firm
Salesforce says it’s finished buying Fin, a customer service automation company with 30,000 business clients worldwide. The deal gives Salesforce Fin’s AI-powered platform, which resolves customer requests over live chat, email, text, voice, and Slack, plus the team that built it. Salesforce plans to integrate Fin into Agentforce, its customer support product. Officially, Fin will keep serving clients under the Salesforce umbrella.

OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 Astra to most paying users
