Salesforce launches AI agents for business tasks
Salesforce just announced a lineup of ready-made AI agents designed to handle complex business tasks like customer support, HR, shopping assistance, sales, and supply chain management. Instead of building bots from scratch, companies can use these agents right away across chat, email, and other channels. Most are available now, but the outbound sales agent will roll out widely in November 2026.

OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 Astra to most paying users
OpenAI has made its new GPT-6 Astra model available to most paying subscribers a day after its official launch.
