Salesforce unveils Koa AI CRM using Nvidia tech
Salesforce announced its first AI reasoning model for customer management, called Koa, built using Nvidia's Nemotron 3 Super system and trained on decades of internal CRM data. During an appearance at Dreamforce, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said Salesforce ran everything in-house — none of your customer data ever left, according to Salesforce. Huang pushed for fast AI adoption but stressed safety shouldn't be skipped.

OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 Astra to most paying users

Jacob Coxon, who worked on AI training at Anthropic and previously OpenAI, resigned this week. He posted that large AI firms are 'gambling with our lives' by pushing towards systems they may not be able to control. Coxon says both companies know the risks but feel locked in a race to develop powerful AI anyway. He called for drastic steps like a pause on new model improvements.
