Meta’s expanding its School Partnership Program on Instagram with a new centralized hub for schools in the US, bringing nearly 17,000 schools onboard so far. Schools can now send announcements through dedicated channels, manage official Stories and Notes visible only to verified students, and create directories for clubs, teams, and student contacts. Educators get priority support for reporting safety issues. The move follows increased scrutiny over teen safety on social media.
