Salesforce to acquire AI research startup Listen Labs
Salesforce has agreed to buy Listen Labs, a startup that uses AI agents to conduct customer research and simulate customer reactions. Listen Labs’s platform automates everything from designing studies to generating insights, tapping into a participant base in 120 languages. The deal is set to close in Salesforce’s fiscal Q4 2027, pending regulatory approval. Salesforce says Listen Labs will bolster its AI tools and help companies get actionable customer feedback much faster.
