Cervoz unveils rugged NVMe SSDs with physical self-destruction
Cervoz launched new industrial NVMe SSDs—the T449 and T459 Series—built for tough environments like defense, aerospace, and transportation. These drives meet MIL-STD-810H military standards for resilience against shock, vibration, and extreme conditions. Notably, they include hardware features for immediate data sanitization, including a physical 'self-destruct' mode that burns out the memory chips, making data permanently unrecoverable if the hardware is compromised.
- Pass MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration
- Available moisture-proof coating for harsh conditions
- Up to 5,085 MB/s read, 4,765 MB/s write speeds
- Hardware lock prevents unauthorized changes
- Physical self-destruct destroys chips if needed
