Zyxel and Veeam flaws face active exploitation
U.S. cybersecurity officials warned that attackers are actively exploiting a patched vulnerability in Zyxel GS1900 series switches that could allow operating system command execution. The agency also noted active use of a privilege escalation flaw in Veeam Agent for Windows. Security startup Hacktron exploits vulnerability in OpenAI forum

The "Daybreak for Frontline Defenders" initiative aims to help these sectors strengthen their defenses as AI-driven cyberattacks become more advanced. OpenAI says it will expand the program to partner countries in the coming weeks.
