Dynatrace completes $915M acquisition of Arize AI
Dynatrace has finalized its $915 million purchase of Arize, an AI observability company. The deal, closed October 1, brings Arize’s AI tracing tools and Phoenix testing platform into Dynatrace’s monitoring suite, combining oversight for both AI and traditional applications. The acquisition also removes a major independent AI observability vendor from the market, one previously backed by Datadog.
