Employers slow to raise pay for AI skills
Most companies are changing job roles for artificial intelligence, but less than half have updated salaries to reflect these new demands, according to Payscale. Over half of workers want extra pay for picking up AI expertise, but many are watching new hires get 20% to 40% more while their own compensation stays flat. Only 8% of employers see AI know-how as unrelated to pay.
