Palo Alto Networks launches AI-powered observability platform
Palo Alto Networks has launched Cortex XCOR, an AI-driven platform for IT observability that aims to automate the detection and diagnosis of outages. Developed by the Chronosphere team acquired in January, XCOR uses AI agents to investigate incidents and recommend fixes, moving beyond traditional dashboard-based monitoring. While the system still includes humans in the response loop, it is designed to increase automation and reduce the need for manual intervention.
