Pendo launches analytics toolkit for AI support agents
Pendo has launched a new toolkit to help companies monitor and improve how their AI-powered support agents interact with users. The software tracks how these in-app agents—like Fin and Sierra—are helping customers and flags where they're failing, aiming to fix the problem of 'zombie agents' that use up resources but don't resolve real issues. Early results at Teachable show its AI agent, powered by Pendo, handled 86% of chats without human help.
- Tracks performance of AI customer support agents
- Works with third-party and in-house agents
- Shows where user issues crop up in real time
- Teachable saw 86% of chats handled by AI alone
