The AA standardizes workflow with Atlassian tools
The AA, best known for roadside assistance in the UK, just wrapped the first phase of an overhaul to unify how its teams work using Atlassian’s cloud-based tools—Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo. Now 1,600 engineers are working on the same platform, linking individual projects to company-wide goals. Instead of scattered tools and language, everyone’s troubleshooting and planning in one system.
- AA rolled out Atlassian tools to 1,600 engineers
- Project data now connects directly to strategy planning
- Move replaces patchwork of mismatched tools and methods
- Executive leadership supported the shift toward standardization
