EigenQ and SVAQ move forward with public merger plans
Quantum security firm EigenQ and blank-check company Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. have filed SEC paperwork for a planned merger that could take EigenQ public under the new name EigenQ Holdings. The deal needs regulatory and shareholder approval before closing. EigenQ has secured about $45 million in convertible funding to accelerate development and commercialization of its quantum-safe security products.
