NASA selects new payloads for Moon Base science missions
NASA has chosen three new scientific instrument suites to study the lunar surface as part of its plan for a future Moon Base. Selected through the agency’s PRISM program, the payloads will travel via commercial landers under the CLPS initiative. These devices aim to monitor environmental hazards, identify lunar resources, and scout for natural shelters, helping NASA prepare safer conditions for sustained human presence under its Artemis and Moon Base programs.
