UIC joins Midwest Quantum Collaboratory for quantum research
The University of Illinois Chicago has become the eighth member of the Midwest Quantum Collaboratory, a consortium focused on advancing quantum technology through research and workforce development. UIC aims to work closely with other Midwest universities to boost quantum computing, communications, and sensing research, while opening up new education, internship, and entrepreneurship opportunities for its students. The university attended the group’s latest annual meeting in July.
