European tech startup funding surges to €15.8B in September
European tech startups raised €15.8 billion in September, nearly five times higher than August’s €3.2 billion, spread across 300 deals. The jump came from several mega-rounds, including a €3 billion raise by French AI company Mistral. Cloud-focused startups pulled in the most funding at €5.5 billion, and the UK led all countries with €7.3 billion raised.
