Proptech startups globally have raised about $8.7 billion so far in 2026, well below the $24 billion reached in 2019 and short of last year’s $12.3 billion. Deal numbers are sharply down—794 so far this year, compared to over 2,400 in 2019. Most of the biggest 2026 deals happened outside the US.
