UK-based edtech company Kortext has acquired StudyStash, an adaptive AI study tool that started as a university project and expanded to serve over 160 institutions across three continents. StudyStash uses AI to turn course content into personalized flashcards, practice tests, and podcasts, and integrates with major learning platforms. Financial terms weren’t disclosed, but the founders cite global traction as a driver for the sale.
