Snapdeal parent AceVector slashes IPO size, opens September 25

Snapdeal’s parent AceVector has trimmed its IPO, cutting the fresh shares issued to ₹287 crore after a ₹13 crore pre-IPO placement. The offer for sale drops to 4.16 crore shares—a third less than before—as big investors like SoftBank and Nexus Ventures prep to sell. The price per share is set at ₹30-₹32, putting the IPO at ₹420 crore total. The subscription window opens September 25.

Why it mattersA smaller IPO means less dilution for current shareholders and a smaller cash cushion for AceVector. SoftBank and Nexus are still cashing out, but not as much as planned.
