ThoughtWire seeks buyer after entering creditor protection
Toronto-based software company ThoughtWire has entered creditor protection and is seeking a buyer after failing to recover from pandemic impacts and heavy debt. The firm, which provides AI-driven digital twin solutions for medical providers, has started a court-supervised process to find buyers or investors by late October. Most of ThoughtWire’s staff were let go earlier this year as its revenue declined and obligations mounted.
