Google Search adds real-time football stats and fantasy link
Google just rolled out a Live Game Feed for U.S. football in its Search app, showing real-time recaps, stats, and highlights on mobile. Players can link their Yahoo or Sleeper fantasy football accounts to get personalized advice, powered by AI Mode, without uploading their lineups. A new carousel puts league-wide scores in one place, and deeper player stats are live. Some features are U.S.-only at first.

Nvidia agrees to acquire Hugging Face for $12.9 billion
Nvidia has agreed to acquire AI platform Hugging Face for $12.9 billion, marking one of its largest deals to date. Android adds easy, secure password manager switching
Android users can now move passwords and passkeys directly from one password manager to another, without downloading unprotected files. The feature is already live for Google Password Manager, 1Password, Bitwarden, and Dashlane. Transferring takes a few taps and a few seconds, with Android securely handling the switch. The update works on devices running Android 8 or newer.
Samsung foldables up 30% as Apple prepares to enter market
Samsung says sales of its latest foldable phones rose 30% from last year, even though the devices cost more. Samsung credits a wave of new customers—often people switching from other brands—for the growth. At the same time, analysts forecast Apple’s upcoming foldable iPhone will rapidly reach 25% of the global foldable market, potentially making Apple a leading player soon after launch. Samsung currently leads the space.
