Meta has introduced new large language model-driven AI tools to improve detection of child sexual exploitation (CSE) material in ads across its platforms. The company says recent changes address how some ads covertly direct people to illegal content off-platform, using improved link analysis and automated content review. These updates build on ongoing efforts to proactively identify and remove predatory networks and block related ads, accounts, and links.
