Ninja Theory staff face layoffs as Xbox considers closure
Multiple Ninja Theory employees have posted on LinkedIn about being laid off or at risk as Xbox considers closing the Cambridge game studio. The studio, known for the Hellblade series, was previously expected to continue after Xbox’s July layoffs, but two separate sale deals reportedly fell through in September. Xbox has not announced how many are affected or whether closure is certain. An all-hands meeting is set for October 6 for further updates.
