MediaTek launches chip using TSMC's 2nm process

MediaTek has announced its Dimensity 9600 Pro, the company's first smartphone chip built with TSMC’s most advanced 2-nanometre (nm) manufacturing process. They also launched the 9600M, made on TSMC’s 3nm process for a wider range of high-end phones. Both promise better AI handling and can run games at up to 185 frames per second, according to MediaTek. Phones with these chips are expected soon.
