PC builders warn of sharp GPU price hikes ahead
A US-based custom PC builder says it's struggling to buy enough graphics cards, and warns that GPU prices are about to jump even higher. Memory and solid-state drives have already seen big price increases over the past year. Now, with continued supply shortages and rising demand from AI and data centers, system integrators expect GPU prices to keep increasing—on top of the 50-60% rise since last year. That cost will likely end up with buyers.
