Quantum eMotion acquires Plurilock for $23.8M in cybersecurity deal
Quantum eMotion has agreed to acquire Plurilock Security in a $23.8 million deal, combining quantum hardware with AI-driven cybersecurity software. Plurilock shareholders will get cash and stock worth about double its recent average price. The combined company aims to use quantum-based random number generation together with continuous AI risk analysis for more advanced security on sensitive networks.
