VIDIZMO pitches facial recognition for Flock camera data
VIDIZMO, a video analysis company, is telling police departments it can enable facial recognition on footage collected by Flock's license plate-reading cameras—despite Flock's public stance against facial recognition. VIDIZMO's CEO says his company hasn't built the export tool yet but is keen to integrate and already sells similar tech to law enforcement. Flock, meanwhile, maintains it won't add facial recognition to its products.
