Amazon just launched CloudWatch Omni, a tool that lets you monitor both your traditional applications and AI agents from one place. It’s built on OpenTelemetry, which means your current telemetry data appears automatically—no need to rework your setup. Teams can access everything securely through a single URL, with features like enterprise single sign-on. Omni also auto-discovers services, maps dependencies, and helps teams trace issues down to their root cause.
