AWS debuts CloudWatch Omni for unified app and agent monitoring
Amazon has launched CloudWatch Omni, a new AI-powered platform letting teams monitor both traditional applications and AI agents from one dashboard. Omni hooks into AWS, other clouds, and on-premises systems, automatically mapping dependencies, surfacing critical metrics, and letting users query data in plain language or through the UI. It supports popular AI agent frameworks and integrates with OpenTelemetry standards. CloudWatch Omni is now generally available in select AWS regions.
