IBM’s Bob agent platform now deploys on-premises
IBM is now letting organizations install its Bob agent-based software development platform directly in their own data centers and private or air-gapped clouds. The move targets companies with strict data rules who can't run AI tools in the public cloud. Bob's July update added features like coordinating multiple agents and tracking costs. IBM’s pitch: AI needs to sit wherever a company needs to keep control of its code and data.
