Windows 11 23H2 Enterprise support ends in 30 days
Microsoft just announced that Windows 11 version 23H2 Enterprise, Education, and IoT Enterprise will stop getting security updates in one month. After November’s patch, these editions won’t receive protection against new threats. You’ll need to move to a newer version—Windows 11 26H2 is rolling out now—to stay protected. Home and Pro editions of 23H2 have already had their end date set for late 2025.
- Security updates end after November 2026 for affected editions
- Windows 11 26H2 is the suggested upgrade path
- Phased rollout for 26H2 has started for eligible devices
- Home and Pro support for 23H2 ends in November 2025
