AI Lab releases post-quantum tool to verify content origin
The AI Lab just launched its Trust Identity Protocol (TIP), a system built to let creators prove they're behind digital content—and show if it's been edited—even as quantum computers threaten today's encryption. TIP uses quantum-resilient signatures and a decentralized ledger to make authorship and modification history public, but doesn't vouch the content's truth. It's available now as a browser extension and web app.
- TIP offers post-quantum digital content verification
- Uses new ML-DSA-65 signatures and SHAKE-256 fingerprints
- Works with a public decentralized ledger for transparency
- Doesn't judge content accuracy—just origin and edits
- Available today via browser extension and web app
