Cloudflare Workers adds post-quantum cryptography support
Cloudflare Workers now lets developers try out post-quantum-safe cryptographic algorithms directly in Web Crypto. These experimental features allow for testing and early integration of algorithms like ML-KEM for key exchange and ML-DSA for digital signatures. It's opt-in for now, behind a compatibility flag, and isn't a full transition yet—just an easier way to experiment with quantum-resistant security.
- Workers supports post-quantum algorithms in Web Crypto
- Algorithms include ML-KEM and ML-DSA families
- Features accessible behind a compatibility flag
- For experimentation, not a complete migration route yet
