Midwest Quantum Collaboratory adds UIC, expands to eight universities
The Midwest Quantum Collaboratory, a regional alliance focused on quantum computing research and talent development, has added the University of Illinois Chicago, Northwestern, Indiana University, and Washington University in St. Louis, growing to eight member universities. The expansion, formalized at a recent meeting at Purdue, deepens partnerships across quantum computing, sensing, and communications in the Midwest. Purdue, Michigan, and Michigan State founded the group in 2021.
