Oratomic lands $775M for fault-tolerant quantum computers
Quantum computing startup Oratomic has closed $775 million in total funding since its March 2026 launch. The Pasadena company plans to use the capital to expand its research team, build up its lab space, and accelerate development of a quantum computer designed to be error-resistant. Oratomic is skipping early commercial prototypes, focusing fully on building fault-tolerant hardware using neutral atoms and advanced error correction.
