Quandela to Partner with Korean Firms on Photonic Quantum Hardware

Photonic quantum computing company Quandela will spend the next two years building partnerships with South Korean firms and research institutions to co-develop quantum chips, advanced packaging, and integrated system controls. The French startup is eyeing Korea’s expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, aiming to test and potentially mass-produce its photon-based quantum modules. The plan includes technical cooperation on hardware, software, and quantum-GPU connectivity. A joint roadmap and local demonstrations are planned.
