Quantinuum partners with UWA for quantum research in Australia
Quantinuum and the University of Western Australia just signed a deal to give UWA researchers, students, and entrepreneurs cloud access to Quantinuum’s latest quantum computer, Helios. The collaboration aims to develop local quantum talent and set up a quantum computing applications center at UWA, with a focus on use cases in mining, energy, agriculture, and healthcare. Researchers will also get training and chances to build quantum-driven solutions.
