WISeSat.Space lists on Nasdaq after Columbus merger
WISeSat.Space, which builds post-quantum-secure tech for satellite communications and smart devices, has merged with Columbus Acquisition Corp and started trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SAIQ. The move splits WISeSat.Space out as its own public company. Its focus: satellite networks that secure internet-of-things (IoT) traffic using digital identity, secure chips, and encryption that could withstand future quantum computers.
