Apple lets one phone number work on two iPhones
Apple’s iOS 27, out September 14, adds ‘iPhone Handoff’—so you can use one phone number across two iPhones and switch between them just by unlocking the device you want. But at first, it’s only for T-Mobile (US) and Deutsche Telekom (Germany) customers. Other carriers, including Verizon and EE, will get access by year’s end. Apple says some carrier fees may apply when setting it up.
