Apple rolls out beta firmware for newer AirPods models
Apple just pushed out a beta firmware update for its newer AirPods, including the Pro 2 and 3, AirPods 4 and 5, and AirPods Max 2. The update, build 9B5042a, is available to developers and public beta testers. Apple's not saying what changes are inside—could be early features for iOS 27, or just fixes. You can opt in through your AirPods settings if you're running the latest software.
