Apple weighs four new Vision Pro headset concepts

Apple is working on up to four concept designs for its next Vision Pro headset, but progress is slow and the project’s future is uncertain. Bloomberg reports the company is considering both all-in-one headsets and versions that, like Meta’s upcoming VR glasses, shift much of the processing power and battery to an external module you wear at your waist. A successor likely won’t arrive until late 2028 or 2029, if at all.
