Arc Raiders to Test Separate Co-op Mode This October
Embark Studios is testing a co-op-only mode for Arc Raiders, their team-based shooter, after ongoing requests from players for separate player-versus-environment (PvE) and combined player-versus-player-versus-environment (PvPvE) options. The studio’s executive producer confirmed they’ll run a limited-time PvE trial in October. This move could eventually split the game between the two styles, reflecting how the player community already divides itself.
